Hi There:

Unqualified noise and foam do not qualify for RMA.


The 355 in particular is a noisy pump to begin with, and while the 350 is a little quieter, it still cannot be called a silent pump. As to foam in your loop, this has nothing to do with the pump. You either had air in your lines, or a chemical contaminant that foamed up.

ik probeer nu bij michelle van swiftech, zij is ook een van de bazen en is meer bezig met support en RMA

I’m a little confused with your request. Before anything else, please note that our warranty for pumps is 2 years and we only send replacements (no return or upgrades) to customer in the US. If you’re in Canada or somewhere overseas, please send your RMA request to your local reseller.

I guess i will have to say swiftech goodbye and look for other products. And i wanted to ask you for cooperation in my future builds. Sorry gabe but i will not use products that make more noise then a fan @ 35-40Dba. I really like the MCP355 and MCP350 because i have them both at the moment running and almost no noise. I put my other 2 on and they are making noise like hell. You can hear that somthing is wrong.
