Hello all,
I just bought my Popcorn Hour A-110 and all.
Now i want to buy a cable to connect it to the TV but i don't know which one.
My TV has 2x SCART on the back and on the front, Composite A/V, S-Video and a 3.5mm jacket.
I rather want to use the SCART cables since connecting them to the front doesn't look nice, those cables i mean.
The TV in question is the: Philips 28PW8620/12
Is it possible to use a Component Video -> SCART connector?
Or where can i find if my SCART gives support for that?
Since it isn't om the guide i got by the TV and neither on the site of Philips.
Had send a email to them but so far no reaction.
Perhaps there is a standard for that, to determinate if it is possible?
Otherwise the only option is the front panel connection.
I guess S-video is better quality then Composite?
And then i should use S-Video for Video and 2x Cinch (L/R) for Audio?
So, in images it would be this right?

----------
And what resolution would the SCART be?
Since the Component Video supports 1080p, but i guess SCART can't go so high, can it?
To bad if i can't use the Component cable, since i read that S-video and Composite are 480i in max resolution.
Argh, i really want a TV with HDMI or atleast Component Video ''-.-
Thank you for the answers.
