Hi,
Does anyone know the best way to contact the customer service or High Flow shop? I've tried the contact form and the <complaint@highflow.nl>, but no reply yet. I'm not even sure if they monitor these addresses. I had queries regarding shipment damage and refund statuses. If anyone can help me out, I would be grateful.

Thanks a lot for the response. I tried with a different message ID and got a response from the sales certain mail IDs . Appreciate your support
