Hi. I would like to know if someone could give me some advice about a liquid cooling system for a HIS 6970 graphic card. I am thinking about changing the original one because the noise is too high.
I have attached a print screen with some details about the graphic card.

First of al I would like to recommend you to look at CoolingConfigurator.com
This is a website from EK Wateblocks where you can find a compatible Block for your Card
I would Recommend Going with a Full cover Block if available
Than Look For A Good Pump Like A Laing DDC or D5
and not to forget A Radiator that can fit in your PC-case (or en external one if you prefer)
How bigger your radiator how better the cooling performance will be and you will be able to run the fans at lower speeds for a more quite system

Almost forgot ...
You will also need a reservoir to feed the pump and make it easier to fill your loop
and some fittings (2 for each component) and Tubing to make the loop
