Nieuwe update van gisteren en vandaag in het engels.
Hey guys and girls, here it comes the update from thursday, september 3rd, 2009 approx. 9pm. (ik heb dit gedaan omdat ik op 2 forum's zit en die is engels).
After some drinks after work i went home half drunken and started to work again on my modification. It containst Sleeving the fan’s, Adding the TFC shroud on top, Drilling holes for the Fillport, Retubing the Res/p120.1/
pump. And i am experimenting with the 10mm fan on the back of my Mobo... i let it flow onto the back of the mobo and see what happends
(i will make a photo of that when i am done with the build toongat i hope

thursday september 3rd, around 1pm:
I was remaking the holes of the rad p120.3 so the screws of the TFC can screw in.
Here u can see that the holes is not just drilled. I use the tip of the drill to carf the sides so the screw will really screw in and somewhat easier (first time I do this)
thursday, september 3rd to friday, september 4th around 9pm:
I had to figure out the placement of the Fillport. I stumble on 1 problem. The setup bay/dvdplayer/radp120.1 as it is now wont work. So i thought if i would cut a peace of the Bay i can move the Res up on top and so it will be alligned with the billboard.
Res in the bay and i want to cut out the obstruction from moving the bay up (see left just up the bay)

When i was finished i tried to figure out where to place the Fillport, but another probleem arise. The fillport touched the Resevoir that really sux now i have to redo the whole setup in the front bay.
So i come with a solution, see the layout:
The fillport will be on the right left side. Before we start to drill the hole we going to use the Fillport inner circle mount to make the circle so we know the diameter. After that we drill a small hole first and then use the special Hole drill. See pictures.

3 Enermax fan’s and 1 cm fan, tonight i have to do also 3 yateloon fan’s and solder it together to 1 plug.
And now some picture how it is now (i am still at work writing this log)
