I've checked it, my colleague have replied to you twice.

But the email is getting bounced back (Jesaul@a....com>: lost connection with mail.protonmail.ch[xxx.xx.xx.xxx])

Seems mails can't get to your inbox or our mails are getting blocked.

Recommend to use a different email address, i.e. Gmail works for sure.


Anyway, your order is expected to be shipped early next week, the CPU block just got finished from production and is on its way to us.
