How to cancel and order

I've tried to cancel my order twice not, first a while after I got the order is processing mail. and then 12 hours later where I got a mail that now my order has been sent.

Reply to the order confirmation (email) for any questions about your order, you will get a reply within a day.
Usually you get a reply within a few hours or minutes, except in the Weekends and on Mondays.
During the weekend and Monday the team focusses on processing orders, so orders from Friday evening to Monday afternoon, all gets shipped on Monday -> pretty busy!

If you have ordered and paid early this weekend, your order is most probably already in shipping process.

Yeah, but mine got shipped Sunday even though I wrote that I wanted to cancel it. and now I received the package.

As mentioned in my previous message, once an order is placed and paid, we do our very best to get it shipped out asap.
The time frame to do adjustments after you have placed (and paid) an order, is very very little.
Please keep this in mind with possible future orders, only place an order if you are absolutely sure about it.
